  30. This is exactly the kind of confusion and bad feeling that haste can
  31. cause.  You shouldn't believe anyone other than Allen or Stuart on
  32. this point, but the Intel binary has been the same for both versions
  33. of Windows during beta testing, and I suspect this remains true for
  34. the version that's been released.  The difference in packaging is
  35. probably the Win32s libraries, which are only needed for Windows 3.1.

  37. I'm assuming that NewTek isn't *intentionally* misleading people, and
  38. that the copy protection scheme hasn't introduced specificity.  Like
  39. I said, believe no one but the programmers.
